Our debt collection services are fast and efficient. We aim to keep things simple and transparent at all times.
Your debts will be loaded into our database and contact is established with your debtors by email, post or telephone.
We will keep you updated regularly by email or telephone.
If payment is not made, a default is registered against your debtor, which will damage their credit rating for a period of five years. This is done after sending a series of letters, making calls and where necessary visiting the debtor.
If a dispute is raised, we can aid with preparation of lodging a claim at the disputes tribunal. We will advise you if you have a good chance of winning the dispute.
A large percentage of the debts are collected without any form of legal proceedings. However if required and with your permission we outsource proceedings to a reputable and experienced solicitor.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What do you charge for debt collection?
A. We charge a commission from 15% to 45% on amounts collected depending on the size, age and history of the debt. No collection, no commission. In most situations, our fee is added to the total debt so you have no out of pocket costs.
Whether we can do this is determined by your terms and conditions of service being worded correctly. Ask us!
Q. Are there any additional charges?
A. Any additional costs such as lodging a claim with the courts or disputes are payable by you. However, additional costs are discussed with you first. 90% of collections do not require legal action.
